hello all

i recently bought a sileighty and thought i would say hi and get some
info as im new to SR20.

its a black top motor with a few mods such as
front mount, gt28-71, ems, 650cc injector, surge tank, 2 way lsd,

now i would like to change my oils includin engine and gear box
so what do u guy use or recomend i should use.
