I know the feeling of 195s on the rear  Very scary in the rain.

People might be interested to know some diameters for different wheel/tyre combos in relation to the speedo being accurate.

Stock:

205/60 R15 is 627 mm diameter so assumed to be the most correct.

225/55 R15s are pretty close at 628.5 mm

245/50 R15 is very good at 626 mm

For 16s:

245/45 R16 at 626.9 mm is excellent (prob closest to factory you'll ever get)

For 17s:

215/45 R17 at 625.3 mm not bad

245/40 R17 at 627.8 mm excellent again

For 18s:

215/40 R18 at 629.2 mm

245/35 R18 (for the crazy ones) at 628.7 mm

Just a guide for people shopping for tyres and wanting the speedo to be accurate. Obviously front doesn't matter so much for this, only clearance issues.
