Hey guys.
I'm having some problems with my 180. It started a few weeks ago when I noticed there was no response for a second or so when I put my foot on the accelerator. It's much worse now... I can barely drive the car because it constantly stalls when I take my foot off the accelerator (even when slightly backing off). If I keep the accelerator at the same level the car seems to be ok, but as soon as I take it off the revs drop and it usually stalls, even though i'm pressing on the accelerator.
What's going on?

I haven't installed a new BOV since the stalling started so I dont think that could be the problem.

also check under your bonnent for any leaking vacuam hoses as this can cause a car to do that

I've still got the problem :(
I had a look around for loose hoses but couldnt find any.
Also, I thought I better add that when it's idling it goes from 1500 and drops down to 700 all the time.
kng13s - your problem was an afm... How did they find that out? It sounds fairly similar although mine does it all the time now.
Is it most likely a vacuum/afm problem or could it be something else??

check your vacuum hoses very carefully, they may not be loose, it could be a tiny crack on the underside of a hose that is destroying your vacuum.

Listen carefully too - you shouldn't be able to hear any hissing noises in your engine bay - just the injectors, exhaust and cooling fan.
