hey guys, any1 know of any good auto electritians between the penrith 2 parramatta region that'd be experienced in working on 180s?
my problem is, i lent my car 2 the local auto electritians from my work, they needed 2 borrow it cause they had a mate with an inoperative speedo. they took the speedo sensor off my gear box 2 test it on their mate's car and returned my car with the tacho suddenly not working. i took it back and they said it must be a co-incident cause what they did has nothing 2 do with the tacho. they seem 2 think my ecu needs replacing? i have a shift light in my car, at around 6,000rpm (which is where i have it set at the moment), the shift light flickers a little which tells me there's a small signal sill goin there. anyhow, sorry 4 the long story, but if any1 knows of a good auto electrician who'd deal with this stuff, please let me know... thanks guys, matt.

Ive had very good experiences with Brian Salter Auto Electrical.

Unit 10/ 160 Gilba Rd, Girraween 2145.
(02) 9636 1979

Brian imports cars occasionally as a hobby, and is the man that brought over my first s13 silvia. Hes helped me out on numerous occasions. Eg. when I was having electrical problems after converting to turbo, I called Brian and asked for help; he called the towie for me (fuel pump cut out) and had me taken to a local place (im in the middle of nowhere) and convinced them to look at my car the next morning.
It turned out to be a faulty alarm making the immobiliser kick in randomly, so it was an easy fix. However if it wasnt for Brian Salter I would have had to get the car towed to the NRMA service depot, that couldnt (wouldnt) so much as look at the car for at least 2 weeks, and wanted $15 a day storage starting from the moment it was dropped at their door.

Hopefully he can sort your problem out :)

PS: feel free to say that Brian Waldons' son recommended you :P You wont get any free shit, but itll put me in his good books lol
