would there be much of a power gain if u were to upgrade to a t28?
and around how much would that cost...

S14a, S15 Garrett / HKS etc.

But yes they are a more efficient turbo

how much would a garret t28 or hks turbo cost?
and how much would labour be ??

turbo - between 400 - 1000 bucks for the secon hand ones.
go the S15 T28BB turbo.. :D

labour is cheap.
i can hook you up with a good performance mechanic.

You'll pay more for the HKS ones and they are a better turbo. Around $2k fitted should get you a good turbo which will put down around 200rwkw with the correct tuning and other mods. Look at a GT25/30
