you can buy a whole strawberry face kit from carmate for almost 2grand... itz a kit mad especially 2 fit on rps13 chassis silvia and 180sx. u'll probably need 2 onli changed da bonnet lachet.. or u can use bonnet pinz... check it out on www.carmate.com

Risking is the best person to answer this, he is one of the few people I know who have actually dont the conversion, and as far as I know is doing it again on his new car.

for the conversion you will need the following

1580 convo guards (d1garage.com) has them 495$ ORIGIN
s15 bonnet hinges (u drill all the holes bigger to get best adjustment dont break them and add spacers or washer they are dodgey)

s15 rad support (nissan sell them new for 400$ or 370$ trade)
s15 headlights 480$ each (and mounting brackets)
s15 bonnet
s15 bumper
s15 water jets (s13 are to small)
