take the whole manifold off with it, dont lose the copper oil and water line washers, take the front snout off the turbo when putting it on so you can access the water line, drop your WHOLE exhaust its much easier, let the car cool down!

best trick of the day !! dont look at a bolt whilst you are undoing it with a spanner under the car .. cause when you drop it .. (and you will) it leaves a frickin big dent in your head !!!!

Hello ppls,

Have help 2 ppl do this swap on CA18dets

- Have to cut/grind away a bit of the triangle bit that the metal hose adaptors fits on to, on the compressor housing, if not it will hit the manifold.

- have to find a boost&vacum line to run to the waste gate actuator. I used the line that runs into the canister with a T piece, some ppl my use this line to hook up to BOV too.

apart from that every thing fits back the same.
