thats the problem i find
ive come from racing 2stoke motocross (dirt bikes) and with them u can do anything, dont worry about the clutch, kick it into gear as hard as you want with the gas fully pinned
now im drifting and im still in that state of mind that i can just be as hard as i want on it, but i cant, already had a few grinds on the gears, and poppin the clutch out a bit fast, nothing is built as stong as a bike...

a 2stroke motorcross bike is built to be a raced.
road cars arent, thats why stuff breaks. set it up correctly and ya car will be fine.

I'm a regular rain-drifter, which means I really only get the tail out (sometimes pretty wildly) in the wet. When I bought my car 5 months ago I was asking other 180 owners if they could break traction in the dry w/o dumping their clutch too hard, and it took me awhile to realise that instead of the stock 205's, my car was/is running 215's at the front and 235's at the rear.

I don't like being too hard on my car and often heel toe when braking for a turn, but I generally don't floor it out of the turn(probably just not used to it yet). But the wet is good, good fun, and is not too hard on ur car, provided u don't mount the curb or wrap around any poles (obviously)..Then again, I don't have HICAS (nor abs for that matter, and forget about airbags). And yes sadly I have stock suspension and a stock LSD, and will probably only change next year as my finances simply can't support such ambitions..yet =)

you probably wont, this thread is OVER A YEAR OLD. they have already drifted themselves to death. so keep an eye on the date of the topic unlike the other threads you have bumped today.
