Yes i have tried searching, but there is actually no clear post that i can find.

A mate wants to block the BOV on his car, and was wondering if all the Intake, outtake and actuator pipes on the BOV needs to be blocked?

Just block the actuator pipe.

He could also block one of the other pipes to ensure its not leaking but blocking the actuator pipe will cause it to flutter (which is what im assuming he is after). you do not need to block all of them.
