Hey everyone, Got my car from Japan a few weeks ago and found that the only defect on the car was the trim.
It looks quite weathered and the clear coat on it is wearing off.

Is there a way to restore these?
Is it better to just buy new trim?

If i do need to buy new trim, how hard is it to replace? Is it better to get it fitted by a professional?

Thanks in advance for helping me out

you could try using forever black or similar to give that blackness look back on the door trims/moulds. i wouldnt replace them unless they were ripped and water was going through them.

if you want to buy them new you can get a part number at nissan by giving them your vin and order the item then bring it to a auto glass specialist and they can fit it for you, or they should be able to get the part for you.

i've been to campsie auto glass and they were good, my outer trim on the rear window glass was peeling off and i had to replace the item.
