Since it's listed as a 200SX likely a US or Canadian model.

I'd go for Canadian or possibly even European given that it has both Mph and Kmh readings.
Americans don't bother with fitting both scales to their speedos.

Damn, sounds like it was only around in LHD countries. Has anyone seen one on a RHD grey import?

Presumably the ones imported and sold here had analog gauges?

If so, is it possible that someone imported one here specifically for the dash? I'd consider doing it if I could get a RHD one from Japan.

Local models had analog,yes. importing a JDM one would be illegal.

I would suggest you look on yahoo auctions if you just have to have a digital dash,but I wouldn't get my hopes up if I was you.
