i know it has been done before

but it is complete over kill and will cost into the 10s of thousands

the VE conversion will be worth alot, unless you have really good mates that are into engine building it might get done cheaper. from memory it isnt a bolt on conversion and still alot of cusstomisation is needed. A complete SR20VET i know are rare as. the only one ive seen in aus for sale in the last year or so went for 5-6g and the only really usable thing out of it was the head, which extra parts still needed to be sorced from Nissan in japan (stuff like P11 cams from memory or something)

and if your only got your L's why dont you go and learn how to drive before you go spending all this money, because there is a high chance you will crash the thing

You are a fuckin smacktard.

At first I was going to go easy on you...but seeing the other posts you made, you have just demonstrated that you are a total cock.

Not only will this setup be ILLEGAL as it constitutes heavy engine modifications, it will cost you a SHITLOAD even if your mate is dumb enough to do it for free. Yes, when you wrap it around a pole, you will effectively be driving an illegal car.

Why not just cut the crap and get a turbocharged car and risk it, because there is zero point in modifying an NA that much and hoping to get away with it. Just who do you think you are kidding?

Kid: Oh no officer, it isn't modified, I just have a wide body kit, carbon bonnet, and polished rocker cover for shits and giggles, no, you won't see any engine modifications here!
Officer: Bend over, son!

Lastly, you are onn your Ls, so you aren't a good driver. I'm nearly on my full licence and I don't even think that highly of myself, despite never having had an accident. A little bit of modesty would go a long way; or maybe you should just piss of to NS.com and join the rest of the dreamers.

If you had half a brain, you would import a VZ-R N1 Pulsar, which has 200hp, and for your purpose would be legal.

2-3 years, doesnt it only take 3 years to go from red p's to full license?

whats the point of building a hektik na car when a turbo motor will make more power, more reliably and cheaper?
