I'm actually booking myself in today for a skidpan training at Oran Park. its $400 per person, (i dunno if this is the one Locky was talking about) but you have a trainer in the car who teaches you about over steer, under steer, hand break turns, when the brakes lock up how to control the car etc. its an 8 hour day, and at the end you can have a bit of fun. free lunch and beverages all day:

I rate these sort of days more than drift days, especially when you're starting out on your P's. the more experience you can get in a controlled environment that relates to the real world, and the more CORRECT technique that you can learn the better.

Justin...

hahaha! cheers felllas :)

I haven't even gone to back streets, id rather start in a controlled environment then hit a gutter or a parked car practicing illegally :o

plus being a n00b to the whole sideways thing, I think learning the propper way first the better! :)
