Looks like some seppo owns that hako up there, it's on a Y plate.
I'm more for restoration and/or period mods on an rare old car. The standard engine, carbs, old gauges etc etc.
Slower, but much cooler. You get to live the era :).

A CSP 311..... bloody hell.

Justin, would you have the space if I bought it ?

I can't really afford it either but I would rake up the bucks from somewhere, Phil you would have the knowledge for stuff like the engine mounts as you say .........

I love the idea, the rust looks worse than it looks tho'

As much as I love the mighty 1600 I just can't get too excited about a 2 door datto with plastic flares. haha, that's what it looks like to me anyway. Each to his own.

Here's one that someone is trying to sell in the US:

The colour is not original but otherwise the car looks quite tidy. He has no hope of getting the asking price.

Here's a very original one I photographed at Nissan's Ginza HQ a few years ago:

This is a very early car and one of the few that wasn't painted Silvia Gold.

Guy has taken a $1500 holding deposit. Looks like the guy buying can't raise the rest. If it falls through the owner has promised to call me "and several other interested parties"

fingers crossed.........

Gorgeous car, and the design is very well reflected in the S12/S13.

It's great when an old brand is revived and stays true to the original car, the 370z is another perfect example. Has the brilliant lines of the old Z cars.
