Is his name supposed to be "Doctor 1600" or "Drigoo"? :-? Kids these days...

Justin; You said slide, not drift  His car is sliding, as the rear end has broken traction. Its like sliding on snow.

I sure as shit wouldn't say Bulger drifts.

Problem is that he doesn't actually know anything. He just thinks he does

beg to differ, i think anyone who is serious about racing a car will spend decent dollars on setting the car up properly and Greg's S5 shows that it can be done.?

I overtook that car twice in two laps in my old <130rwkw n/a Silvia at Wakefield.

He was quicker down the straight, but I was faster through the corners by enough of a margin to catch up and overtake again coming onto the back straight.

In the end, when it comes to adding weight to a car, especially the fronts - it's simple physics. If you have more mass to change the direction of, you need more force to do it, so for the same car it'll change direction slower.

What this means is that if you can't tell the difference in handling the extra weight makes, you're either not good enough of a driver to notice, or you're not remotely getting near the car's capabilities.

These arguments revolve around drifting being more than just ice skating on wheels
