oh,and why did it take TEN hours to paint two sets of brake callipers?
I take it that included the drying time?

Took the wheels off, clean the calipers with cleaning agents- 1 hr
Ya .. painted the anti-rust stuff waited 2 hrs - went to lunch
then first coat of Red - waited 3 hrs - watched the movie "WANTED"
then painted the second coat - 3 hours - went to eat Keebabs LOL
then put the wheels and stuff back on 30 min
Then cleaned the floors (mum pissed off that I got red paint on the floor and I couldnt get them off.... LOL) - 30 mins

if they dont stay really glossy, you can buy heat proof clear coat in the kh series, dunno about vht
