I did the calipers with special brake caliper paint(heat sensitive/weather proof etc) comes in a can from Super cheap auto/repco.You will have to excuse my phone's poor camera quality.

I applied many light coats of red caliper paint(all 4 front and back)
I then went one step further and got some white caliper heat sensitive paint as well as a small paint brush then after i'd let the red paint cure..
i painted over the protruding nissan letters 5 times with the white brake caliper paint using the small brush.
the car was out of action for a few days but it was worth it,looking at the end result.
