Anything from the Autechs, will fit a S15, vice versa, they are the same car, inside and out.

I dont see why it wouldnt.

All the hangers and the routing of the exust will be the same from the cat back.

Evan if the pipe on the factory cat is a bit smaller or larger than the exust you want any good exust shop should be able to weld up a new flangeand all that for it for not too much.
