and the exchust i ordered when i first bought the car and yes it is 3 inch and im prob lossing back pressure but it sounds good and when i drop my new engine in it shouldnt be a prob..

3" cat-back on an NA is fine. backpressure is un-desirable on ANY engine. backpressure is resistance to flow, which means reduced power.
an exhaust that size will be best suited to higher rpm operation,so you may lose a little bottom-end response, but that's because the piping is too large for the low volume of gas to flow smoothly down low in the rev range. once you open it up and there's enough going out,it'll work nicely.

I run a full 2 1/2" system on my NA 1.6l and anything smaller is restricted, and have been shown on the dyno to make less power.
