I just use the normal copper ones and check/change them every 10k... i don't like the idea of getting expensive ones that are meant to last 50,000kms - i'd never leave them in there for that long either way, so no need to spend more $$ to get em if i'm going to change them frequently anyways

unless your car is completely stock i dont see how an iridium or platinum plug will last 100,000km

i change my copper ones every 5k with an oil change.

aren't the nissan genuine spark plugs platnuim?? what is the part number for the copper? i change mine every 10 thou or so i have just been getting them from Nissan but they are a little pricey for something you are going to change all the time. Do the platnium or iridium have any benifts over the copper besides they last a little longer?

i use BRK6E-11 or BKR7E-11 because i cook 6s for some reason.

standard factory items are platinum not iridium. 'performance' NGKs and HKS (NGK anyway) are iridium. Sard are NGK as well. Probably all the same plug with a different name and part number.

Im guessing the platnuim equivlent it PFR7B-11

So im guessing the-11's have a larger gap then genuine plugs with are -9, does this have any benifits?

try them, if it misfires, then re-gap them to .9mm then if its still a problem go maybe as far as .7mm. and if you STILL have problems, get some splitfire coils

BKR6E is the part number for the 0.9mm std-gapped plugs.

Considering the mods I would have picked the BKR7E.
