yeah some guys will machine the dual mass flywheel but if it has alot of wear they will try and avoid it, as since there is not much to machine it could crack.

sorry to hi jack the thread but i got a wierd problem where when i start my car put it into gear and then release the clutch, the clutch vibrates a little and makes a buzzzing noise. it only seems to happen when the car is cold though.

Not to worried about it since it only happens when starting the car but would like to know if this happens to anyone else . It is an exedy heavy duty organic clutch with rigid flywheel.

Count me in on this too. Been happening to my car too. Also running an excedy HD clutch. And i also hear a light rattle when clutch isnt in. Was told maybe the clutch plate is loose. But whatever it is im gona get my clutch changed soon so hope they can find the problem when they take all that stuff out.

i also have the same problem i had an exedy heavy duty organic clutch with rigid flywheel put in but since then have had the clutch changed but the shutter/rattle remained, so im guessing its the flywheel.
