I got my alarm fitted by this guy too. I got to admit. Your getting what you pay for.

Just searching through old posts as i need a new car alarm installed. Have anybody been to the above reffered guys. And whats the price range im looking at for the labour for a install of an average 3pt alarm + ripping out the old existing alarm. Cheers

I would highly recommend Haig at MetroSound in Artarmon.

His work is second to none. I checked in on him randomly (and unannounced) during the day and it was great to see him consistently focusing on my car and checking the install was up to my standards.

It was about $700, he took a about 8 hours to do it, and that included the removal of the old alarm. It was a higher-end Autowatch brand alarm that he installed.

I just got my alarm for my s15 done by Leon from Security in Motion. He comes to you. He took out my old turbo timer and alarm, fitted the new alarm with 3 point immobiliser (built in turbo timer) + additional key pad immobiliser and sorted all the wiring for me, took about 1/2 day or so. End charge was $600 (note: i am a returning customer so i did receive a discount)

Highly recommend him two of my cars have been fitted with his gear (Autowatch i believe) and i have had not one issue.
