hi guys, this is going to be my log for my dori buildup of my 34.
purchased the car around 3/4months ago. i haven't done much to it as im turboing it next may.
i pretty much got everything sorted out apart from catback & fmic which i will get when the time nears.
at this stage, i am working on the suspension & comestics of it.
its got G4 12/7kg coilovers.. (too stiff atm im gonna change it to 7/5), 17x9 + 22 enkei rims (thanks tmb) & thats it. next on the cards will be whiteline swaybars, castor rods & adj rear camber arms.
turbo project will consist of:
- 2871r equivalent turbonetics turbo
- hypergear fmic
- R33 GTR fuel pump
- R33 GTR fuel reg
- GTT 380cc injectors
- 3" turboback exhaust
- turbosmart ultra-gate 38mm ext gate
- adj exh cam gear
- permacool oil cooler & relocation kit + JJR alloy oil cooler with speedflow fittings (fitted between the headlights)
- Greddy emanage blue with all the harnesses

nothing special but i hope i can hit my goal of around 220rwkw. with the NA compression there to help, it would be quite a responsive motor.

future plans down the track would be high mount GT30, built bottom end with forgies, thicker metal head gasket, stage 1 tomei pon cams & more boost :D

here it is with the old SSR mesh rims 17x8/9 +17 which is now sold to bhdave & on his hellokitty S13.

and here it is with the enkeis 17x9 + 22 (will run 5mm spacer on the front & 10mm spacer on the rear to pump it out a little more)

im after a turbo timer, a boost tee, 3" R34 catback exhaust, R33/34 FMIC piping, 2" 90degree rubber elbow, GTR or GTST stock bov if anyone has any of them for sale, please pm me :)

No where near as cool as DORI32 but its a nice upgrade nonetheless :D

why bother with the 2871? if you going to do it anyway, go high mount from the beginning and save yourself the cost of doing same job twice.

p.s i have HKS TT that you can have :wink:

i needed money at the time so it had to go. besides, these enkei rims arent too bad, good offset too lol

update
genuine oem gtr front lip, new rims & tein HR coilovers (look to be 9/7)

A.M.E FIN (made by Enkei)
18x9.5 +27 235/40/18 (these scrub my coilovers when going up a driveway so had to put them on the front for now)
18x9 +14 225/40/18

soon to swap them around, run the 9" on the front, 9.5" on the rear + 10mm spacer (anyone selling?).

Update

Car is in the workshop today, the fun of ripping out the NA crap and putting in the turbo goodies begins.

getting braided lines made up tomorrow as well.
will have pics up soon as it progresses

car is booked in for tune on 15/6.

picked up a standard manifold with ext gate already welded on for $120, cheaper then getting it done!!

installed Zeal Function Basic coilovers, very awesome coilover. really streetable and just firm enough for the occasional track day which was something i was after.

turbo is in & looks like a perfect fit, cant wait to get it fired up for the first time. so excited :lol:

- earls fittings & braided oil line
