Dry ice is the easy way to get the sound deadening off, then just finish it off with some wax and grease remover. You'll get about 25kg out of it but its hardly worth it with a turbo, just turn up the boost half a psi instead |

i wa planning to, but to get the carpet out it looks like it goes behind the dash and under the handbrake cable so is either a pain, or i just cut it and someoe said it makes the car unbareible, but ill probebly end up doing it if i can get my hands on some dry ice lol so far its been driven looking modified (ie not 4wd height) about 4 times, and been defected twice, one where i couldnt move it, and onther where i could only move it for 1 hour so im getting used to it |

Loving the gauges you're about to put in Locky. Keep up the great work! Also, doubt you'd remove 25kg of sound deadening...not trying to prove you wrong, but because I don't think they're is that much in the car! =p 25kg...LoL..! |

Electrics are the devil! Why are you re-wiring? New ECU? Should get someone else to do it like i would because i loathe electrics! |

I know it's a little late for this, but why didn't you just unlplug the loom and thread it through into the engine bay? |
