I won't be losing any sleep over that thread though as that INX57Y is a moron and is the exact reason that NS got its reputation. I'd rather be seen as a forum full of elitist wankers than have people like him allowed to roam free in it.
Oh also, despite him saying he got banned purely for posting a cruise thread, that is pretty incorrect too.
He got banned for a few reasons. Firstly he openly spammed his way up to 50 posts just so he could sell junk. He even admitted that he did this but couldn't understand what was wrong with that. In reality he should have been banned for that alone but we are just big softies in the admin team. He actually got banned for abusing moderators from memory. I think this chap is on the lower end of the IQ bell curve

I do agree that some Mods have been a bit heavy handed at times, but if I see that happen without justification, I have nicely asked them to refrain from that behaviour and they have done so.

I'm a bit disappointed that they haven't pointed out how much of a wanker I am. They mustn't know me well enough yet.

I think thats completely opposite to the truth (except the middle aged tools bit). The people on our forum KNOW that our cars aren't glamorous, and none of us pose in them. I know that all my S13's are rough as guts, and same goes for all the mods current and previous S-cars.
I think its NS people who think their cars are something they aren't


By now i thought he would realise that we don't get scared of keyboard warriors. I've had all sorts of threats over the years by these internet tough guys saying they will make me regret banning them etc. Its never stopped me banning them

Also another funny tone of that thread is that SilviaNSW is low budget and doesn't look pretty like NS. No Shit captain obvious. We don't WANT to be like NS.
NS is a fulltime money making machine for one individual. We are enthusiasts. We rely on the meagre donations from members, and a couple of sponsors
If thats the sort of reasons those people go to forums, they are there for the wrong reasons
