I dont have any console that can play this.... so I guess I'll just wait for the PC version *cough*
But on the censorship issue.... It's not the fact that so little is censored or what was censored, the issue is that mature adults can't purchase a video game in this country without the chance that it's missing content that gamers in other countries wont miss out on.
Buy it from overseas and stick it to the man!

I could rant for ages on this subject, but I'm sure most people here have heard it all before

I got it last night at midnight, played until 4am, slept till 10am and have been playing again since then!

EPIC game!!! Best game of all time, without a doubt.

And the only thing that is censored is a cutscene were they shove a shotgun up someones ass, and then fire it!

no wonder they cut it! It falls under the violence in pornography act!

awesome game, really enjoying it.
tis all about the atmosphere..

when you run from the cops, it actually feels like your running!

so much fun to be had in this world, and so many details that it makes you want to stop, get out of the car and just walk around a bit.

alot of subtle links from R* also, eg the 'hot coffee shop' and when you take a girl out on a date she invites you up for 'warm coffee' and says 'this better not be put on the internet'

..lol

love the simple things, need a cop car? call 911 on youe cell! want to steal a car? smash the window and drive off, or, carjack @ gunpoint.

I ordered the SE edition which came in a 1337 moneybox, so cool =)

Played many many hours last night and i must say that i am HOOKED. Never was a big fan of the previous versions...shit graphics and unrealistic behavior and actions put me off. But this one is on a different scale, graphics are very good, reactions whether it be the car you are driving or the person in the car with you while you are driving like a maniac are sooo much more realistic.

i gotta say - i was dissapointed with GTA4. Played it for about 4-5 hours straight on my friends Xbox360, and was bored totally by the end.

Sorry to be contradictory - but I don't think its that great. Its ok, prob worth 7 or 8 out of 10, but def not 10 out of 10.

The guy gets stuck on the littlest things... no strafe/shooting - friggen hours of cut scenes - boring dull colours. And the story/theme is so much similar to GTA3 and San Andreas - man think of something original.

The driving is the only thing that saves this game. Its pretty damn good - and hard to drive those shitter boat suspension old peices of crap...

I didn't buy it. When it comes down to $49.95 at JB i might consider it.
