I go out bush in a few hours. 0630 tomorrow morning.. Nice little 5k forced pack march to our destination with our 30kg packs.. Gunna be a good work out lol..

i just got back in, think a couple weeks bush is bad? try a couple months. not too bad over here........ plenty to do to say the least... im back for a week or so then back over here till Nov so if anyones keen for a meet up while im back, love to meet up with everyone...... got a few 'interesting' stories.

I have some bad news.

I fractured my pelvis out bush. I've been taken off my course so that means no graduating in 1.5 weeks. I'm still waiting on the final report from the MRI i had yesturday afternoon but i dont think it's going to be good. Outcome will probably result in me being sent home for ~ 6 weeks [Still getting paid] and then returning to another course, doing my 2 weeks out bush then graduating. I'm going to miss out on my employment training in July so im going to try and remuster in the mean time so i dont have to wait around forever.

I find out more information on Monday/Tuesday.

Dont know my posting yet... Im putting in for Brissy though. Either Brissy, Townsville or Darwin.

You'll have to fill me in on some of your ... stories... from your end of the world. I'm so jealous

Well my holiday is now over............. thank god. sorry for no updates but the computer is was using over there wouldnt let me enter some sites..... eg this one haha.

well im glad ill never see this hell hole............... for a while. ill be getting back start October and cant wait for a Dyno day or meet up to catch up, and while i was away my lil pride and joy got some new toys, including......

Me... Im getting medically dischaged... Yep. Broke my pelvis 7 months ago. Been doing rehab for it for 7 mnths.. Still broken.. SO they are turfing me.. Nice eh

Hehe.. Better late than never

I did it out bush in Wagga.. Spend 2 months in hospital there, then been doing rehab at 1HSB since July.. Im managed through 1HSB... Inter hospital transfer.

Nah cant transfer.. They were only ment to give me 4 months to recover, but instead its ended up to about 7 months. Gave me my discharge papers in December. It wont go through for about 3 months so im on con leave until i get a discharge date.

I am getting compensation. I also had an operation on my ankle in Wagga, i got golden staf disease from the hospital too. My advocate for vet affairs is looking at getting me a gold card. My pelvis wont heal any time soon, looking at surgery in July so im going to get a big pay out. I also had MTSS in my shins aswell and fractures in my arms. They're looking at testing me for bone diseases.. Osteoperosis seems to be on all the doctors minds. Have to wait and see...

Looking at applying for officer selection board in about 2 years or so.. Be in the Army though. See what happens i guess..

Im no rehabing at 1HSB any more.. Stopped in Dec. I'll be there on he week of the 19th or the following one. Gotta stop in and see the doctor. GAY! I go to the gym over at holsworthy though in the afternoons still..
