So i bought a honda lead 100cc scooter the other day, as ive moved from near the city to parra area, and i work in the city and its too expensive driving a 200sx into the city everyday with the petrol prices. The only bad thing about the scooter is the speed of the 100cc it only goes up to about 80-85kms i was wondering if anyone on here has any mechanical experience with scooters? i wanted to know is there any mods you can do to make it a little faster?

if you want to go faster,I have a 250cc honda XR road/trail bike sitting here that I can sell you.

In and around the city, 80-85kms is already fast, why you need to go faster? :-?

Thanks Justin, always putting your useless 2c in. :P

It is a 100cc and i knew what it can do. Around the city and normal roads its great, but i was looking to make it a bit faster so that i can drive it on the m4 to make the trips a little easier.

have you looked at aftermarket pod filters? higher octane fuel?

just get a high geared ratio gearbox. :lol:
