Our friend is desperatly seeking housemate for big 3 1/2 bedroom apartment which is in the same building as myself and Serial Killer.

Non-smoker prefered but not necessary, Computer geek and love of all things cars a must. (As late night CS/BF2/DOW sessions regulary happen as well as engine swaps, suspension tweaks and general faffing about) Full time worker also prefered.

Located in North Parramatta within walking distance to Victoria Road, James Ruse Drive Harris Park and Parramatta CBD.

The room is fairly large with mirrored built-ins and onsweet (spelling) also supplied is ultra-high speed internets (20mb/s 40GB on, 150 Off) and access to over 10TiB of random network storage including TV Shows, Movies and all the Pron you could poke your stick at (though not recommended)

Security car parking (Visitor only) but in a good area for street parking. Bills include Gas and Electricity only.

Rent is $170 a week, but is neg with cleaning/cooking/furniture.
