So the new year is creeping up slowely...

Just wondering what everyones plans for 2008 consist of?

Anyone having a sea change? Time for a new job? Holiday perhaps?

Im hoping to FINALLY enlist into defence next year, though my master plan has now been altered, im hoping for abit of a temporary sea change. Might spend some time working in Cairns or Brisbane with family & friends.

Might even go on a holiday too... Always wanted to go on one of those P&O cruises.

Thinking i might even sell the 80... ALWAYS wanted a ute  Might b a good year to satisfy that fetish

So how bout it peoples... whats on the cards?

I'm going to lease a small factory unit with a mate and get serious about getting our track cars and the rest of my house built.

depending on how those go,I may even start up a small side business fabricating a few specialised performance parts. that's only a maybe though at this stage.

Well the biggest plan I have for 2008 is that I plan on proposing to my gf. Where or how I do not know. I need some ideas....

And the rest is the usual but I know won't end up doing them:
*goto gym
*save money
*etc etc etc

What would be interesting, is if the people who posted in this thread actually did get around to doing them!

Definitely new job, hopefully within my field of study...

If not, then I'll be busy with my thesis and hopefully a nice holiday somewhere at the end of the year :)

Seems like a few people have a fair few plans..

Holiday is defenutly on the cards.
Going to Europe would be awesome! 3 and a half months.. thats going to be awesome. Always wanted to do something like that. Backpack for a few months..

I'd personally just be happy if i got my career going.. Its something i've been waiting for and it'll defenutly happen next year.. even if it kills me :x

Selling the silvia because its not a practicle car to have up in Cairns. I'd end up buying a Silvia/180 again one day. Love em!

Fergo308: Sounds like u have a very... expensive 2008. Goodluck with it though.. Sounds like a good investment.

kornzfreak: Proposing to your girlfriend... Goodluck 8)
