Sure it's possible, but it wont be high enough (or heavy enough ).

you could give the whole thing a good clean and get a round piece of glass to go over it. degrease and maybe hit with a clear coat all the metal bits. might look alright. most glass places should be able to cut you up a piece for relatively cheap

If anyone has an SR20 intake cam sprocket, please let me know! I've got one on the exhaust cam, but not one on the intake and it looks weird.
