Hey guys, has anyone played Need For Speed - Pro Street yet?
So far it seems ALOT better than the previous versions, with body damage (which actually effects how your car handles depending on where the damage is and how severe)

This new NFS has MUCH more customisation as far as tweaking goes. It has the usual body/decal/vinyl/paint customs, but now also has stability settings and such which you setup for every different type of track (Curcuit,Drift,Drag etc). Just helps make the game feel a bit better, like you're more in control of what the cars can and cannot do.

Post up screenies of your cars (if you play) and share some settings, i'm curious about some of the things so far =)

Here's some screenies of my game (been doing up a 180sx), although they look a bit crappy cos my graphics card is teh sux, so low details ;)

I dont like RC style drift (zero countersteer all day...) :(

One of my mates has substituted sleep for this game for the last week so I might have to give it a try...

i was playing this last night for the first time and it seems ok.

the graphics are a bit disappointing but the car selection and game play make up for it. the drifting tracks are a bit annoying though :-?

theres nothing good about LFS except that its free.
gets boring after awhile.
i rekon forza 1 & 2 are the best games ive played so far for drifting.

ive been playing it for the past week on my ps3 and I like it, ive almost finished it (beat ryo wantanabe today)

for circuit ive got a 180, 34 gtr and 35 gtr
drift ive got an s15 and fd
drag ive got a supra and a 34 gtr
speed ive got a konesig and a porsche gt2

from what ive seen so far the drifting is way better than previous versions and overall the game is alot more challenging so I dont get bored as easily, I just hate the high speed runs in the desert cause my koneseg seems to start lifting off the ground at the slightest bumps when it hits 350+ km/h and it seems the desert rounds have bumps and rocks everywhere, totaled the koneseg so many times lol

I pretty much hated it. Made use of EB's return policy :)

Did any of you guys find the handling of cars piss poor? That's the single most factor that turned me off this game.

On another note, Crysis rocks!

I found the handling different, but once u got used to it the cars are fairly easy to control
