Find out what the pay is like first. Councils are notoriously low payers, atleast in the divisions i deal with.

im happy to take a slight decrease because its closer to home, less hours and the people are so much better to work with. ok i mean the boss. the peope i work with now are fine, its my boss and his ethics. or lack there of!

and i work mandy!!!! youre just cut because i earn more than you :P
