Dear all,

Since at night u can only do so much, I am just passing time looking at different cooking methods and etc. If any members could share some it would be great. These days been cooking at home stir fly with chicken tonight with other vegetables in it, t bone steak medium cooked, super hamburger with everything!!!!! One thing I regret buying was a coconut and trying to break into the hard shell and when I was able to, it tasted so bad. Should have bought the young coconut.

Anyone have any other things to cook at home? And no instant noodles or picking up phone for delievery!!!!!

spaghetti bolegnese.

Its my favourite food (i could eat it every day, and have done for weeks at a time). I cant even toast bread without stuffing it up, but have mastered the art of spag bol. It helps that its piss easy

yep thats what I meant.

The deciding factor that made me not be bothered going back and fixing the typo as I was writing the post was laziness. The backspace key is all the way over there! *points*

The sauce is easier than the pasta, because I have a tiny saucepan and cant do all the pasta in one hit

the pasta cooks better with more water and in a larger pot FYI :P

easiest and probably my fav sauce, reduce some cream (not sweetened) with some dijon mustard, once it thickens up a little. throw in some sun-dried tomatoes, cut them up a little. reduce it a little more and throw it over the pasta. best with tortellini or ravioli IMO :)

No shit sherlock. Why do you think I commented that the pasta was difficult to cook in a small pot?

The easiest and best sauce is bolognese. Brown mince, add sauce for that dolmio grin.

:P

Ok my pizzas are good and piss easy

Get some lebbo bread, leggos tomato paste (the simple stuff, no fancy herbs or shit) pizza salami, ham and chicken flavoured knob, and boat loads of cheese.

In the oven ,ready in a few minutes :)

Oh and I had spag bol tonight :D

Bruchetta

-Finely chopped garlic and basil
-dice up some tomatoes
-some melted butter
-olive oil (not virgin or extra virgin)
-Salt and pepper

Mix all off the above and grab a french stick or a baguette from the bakey and slice and toast it and serve !!!

Most of the ingredients are to your discretion but as a guide I use 3 tomatoes for half a cup of olive oil.

Got fried rice and other asian dishes if your interested :)
