Last night, 18th April, While i was at the KK's meet up, my bearded dragon Ruffles passed away

I had him for about 5 years, he was already 5 when i got him. Lucky enough for Ruffles, he was a breeding male so he saw some action in his life and had a total of 19 babies (with the help of his lady friend of course).
I think he lived a good life, I do miss him already though so i thought i;d make up a post so u guys can have a look at him.

Thanks to Ben (Jaemus) for making me this collage of photos, Below u'se can see some pictures of his time with me.

Rest In Peace buddy! Missing you already :(

awww that's so sad. I hate losing pets.......but then you always go and get more knowing full well your going to have to go through that pain again someday.....but turning a blind eye to it. R.I.P. Ruffles

Thanks everyone, I burried him yesturday :( Sucked!

I dont think i'll be getting another one :( Maybe in a months time or so i'll consider it. I might get a corn snake or a childrens python instead. But that will require a whole new enclosure set up. hmmm.. i dunno.

And Yes, you do need a reptile licence. U cant buy reptiles from petshops as they arent aloud to keep them in the stores. U can only buy them from breeders. If your lucky enough you'll find a dodgy breeder who doesnt have a licence either that sells reptiles. Some arent as easy to keep, so if your seriously considering a reptile i'd sure do your homework. If anyones interested i could probably help out with getting snakes/lizards etc..

Reptile licences arent expensive anyways. $60 dollars for 3 years.

There is a reptile shop in liverpool called Extreme Pets.. they r rather good there... s o if uw anna go the legit way of getting a snake then get ur reptile licence and go to that shop and they can hook you up with breeders that they go through.

Or .. u can always go on www.petlink.com.au and search though all the advertisments there.
