would anyone know where i can fix a repairer for a nav.

its a tom tom touch screen nav.
doesnt seem to turn on but when i plug it into the lighter the light turns green but it doesnt turn on.

would anyone have any experiences in these?

I need one fo those!!!! I am so lost and cant read maps. Whenever I am going to a new place I am always about 1 hour late and have to ask someone for directions!!!!
