so far i havent had a smoke since new years day, but i havent done anything about exercising or working harder :-? lol

Ah, someone in my world! On ya Mandy, good stuff. I havent had one since new years either.
Ive quit a few times and i fold around the 10 month mark for some reason.
Reckon its boredom, besides I enjoy it!
I got a handle on the whole fitness thing too this time. Start wid a few walks its better than nothing babe!
