There is a restaurant in Dee Why where i used to work that makes the most tender Kangaroo i have ever tasted, with a butter and garlic smashed potatoe and then i get the ras bas rocket salad on the side. Best meal ever, and it actually fills me up too!

I can cook it myself, I just haven't been able to master it... easy for stir frys, but mastering that nice medium rare filet or steak is something I've yet to accomplish. I don't mind paying for it, if some master chef can do it right :-)

fair enough, thats why people go out to eat. because they like the way someone else cooks it.

for me, i like my steak cooked by me. but there are some places i go that dont undercook or overcook it. it pisses me off when i ask for medium-rare and i get blue or well done. its not hard.

ate at Peter Pan in crows nest last night. highly recommend it! got a coppa and rocket pizza - very delicious, a ceasar salad that was undeniably freshly made with a fried egg on top, and my gf and i made up a pasta - fettucini, chicken, olives, with a cheesy tomato based sauce. i'd def. go back!
