Just putting the word out, that after much time and work we FINALLY have finished our granny flat.

It is located in the Baulkham Hills, and we are after a tennant who won't destroy the place and will pay the rent, we are not too fussy otherwise.
It is rather small but has sufficient storage, a new kitchen and new bathroom and freshly polished floorboards.

There is no oven, the only cooking that can be done is by microwave, hotplate, or maybe a small convection oven thing. ( YOU CAN TELL I'M A MASSIVE COOK )

The tennant will have full use of the pool and entertainment area, including BBQ, and will be using a shared external laundry.

We are looking for $230 a week, including all bills. We can also include foxtel ( an $80 per month package ) for an extra $10 a week, and let you share our ADSL2 TPG internet connection ( via wireless router ) for another $10.

seriously if i wasn't so far away i would probably take it! anything for 300 and under is fucking cheap these days. good luck with it im sure someone will snatch that up quick
