Because we live together I basically don't eat gluten (at home, when we eat out I'll have my own meal, so it doesn't matter) - but I don't need to lose weight - and she lost a LOT of weight, but that could be attributed to not knowing what you can and can't eat, so eating very little. Now that we've got the thing figured out she's back to her normal weight and stable.

i was allergic to wheat when i was younger, but i have grown out of it now.

I guess if u take meat out of your diet u would be thin pretty soon too if u used to eat it often.

I dunno, I know some pretty heavy vegetarians! If you eat good quality lean meat, it shouldn't make you fat. Fat is made from excess energy that your body doesn't use - most of those come from carbohydrates and sugers. ie softdrinks, pastas, breads, hot chips, potatoes etc etc.

rice is good for u. I have rice at least once a day. U could have rice with nearly anything. I heard some people even eat rice with mm peanuts.
