Hey guys... I am looking to get my hands on an a/c compressor for a s13 silvia 1992 sr20 (non-turbo) model. I've heard other years won't fit, and neither will turbo models or ca18 parts. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I am still trolling these forums for the part. But anybody feel free to drop me a line and price if you have the part. Cheers |

Okay... at this point I'm looking for info too... Does anybody know what compressors will fit? Apparently with my year the compressor just bolts straight on to the engine. Is it the same in earlier models? Does anybody have any idea on anything that may fit or work??? I was at an air con "specialist" today and they said they'd have to send it to their machinist to fix my seized compressor. And that they'd charge me some $900 for this including labour... HELP ME SAVE MY POCKETS/WALLET!!! Please.... ... Thank you |

Any rwd SR model ac compressor will fit provided you get the matching bracket. You may need to modify the ac lines to suit but out right cost of a SH compressor, and modding your lines will be well under the 900 you've been quoted. |
