I'm looking for rims for my s13, but every time i find something i like and contact the dealer I am told the offsets are incorrect. I was going to buy a set of 18" lenzo wide tracks, untill i found out just that. So now i'm looking at BBoss elanoor's Which are 19" by 8" with a offset of +35.
Does anyone have anything similar or know if theese will fit in the guards of a s13, i dont want to flare or roll the guards either, even if ppl could just post what wheel sizes they have and how well they fit i want to know the biggest that will fit without major modification.

Skip both of those options and find some REAL Jap wheels that are 4/5 stud in 17's or 18's x8F/9R with an offset of about +30.
That will be perfect for your S13 and should still sit flush with the guards instead of Temple of Chrome that looks sunken like a WWII battleship :P

I take it thats your rim then - is it a weds? (from the look of the spoke)

I've used wet'n'dry and then metalsol before, but the rims already had no clear coat (well SFA anyway), is there no option but to pretty much remove the clear coat to get that scheizer off?
