Post subject:  defi link wiring - which colours at the ign switch?
Hi all,

I managed to get hold of a second hand defi link controller and boost gauge/sender but with no instuctions or power harness. I have made a connector and wiring for the power and set it up on my bench 12v power supply. All works well but does anyone have the wire colours for a 180SX to connect the +12v, ign supply and sidelight wire colours? I guess inside the steering column cowls is the best place to connect it all in but with no multimeter at the moment and no wiring diagram the colours will help a lot 8)

PS.... defi gauges, top pieces of kit. I can see I need to add more now I've got the controller already.

all sorted - odd wiring colours though. I wired it into the radio power harnesses. Yellow for +12v, red for ign live, orange for lights and the earth I took from the ciggie box light bulb. Great pieces of kit the defi, just need a few more now.
