 Post subject: Tacho wiring help needed

Hey I am installing my autometer tacho and need help with locating the signal wire that comes from the ecu. I have been told that it is a red and yellow wire but I have found 2 of them. A red wire with yellow stripe and vice versa. Help is appreciated thanks.
