This will give you an idea where to mount the ballast for aftermarket kits as well.

I'll post the part number up once I find it.

if you want the wiring diagram i have the JDM service manual with all that in it.

however, i would LOVE a set of factory HIDs for my car. ive seen them quite cheap in some places, as low as $1800 a pair :P

they are half rare in Japan as well, they fetch top dollar!

Well those headlights also have tilt adjustment, so I guess all up it warrants that price if that includes everything.

But yeah, just get an aftermarke Kit and be done with it Iain.
I have had mine for over a year with not one issue and Kevin has the same kit with no issues either.
They can be picked up for <$400 quite easily these days.

if you say the cheapy ones work fine for over a year then i wonder if its worth getting the "quality" kits for ~$600?
