Are you looking to do it your self? If so you could do it for under 20 bucks.
You can hook up the switch to anything that will prevent the car from firing like the cam angle sensor power, fuel pump trigger off the ecu, ignition trigger.
Preferably you want to be switching the trigger wires as they are lower current and so wont fry your switch. If you want to switch the direct power to something then you would need to wire in an additional relay.
And then stating the obvious.... Put the switch somewhere other than under the dash, it's the first place a thief will look. I had one under the back seat in my last car that i could easily reach when sitting in the drivers seat. And the theiving bastard who tried to steal that car gave up after trying to roll start it all the way to the bottom of the road
