ok guys, i finally installed em tonight.
Bought myself a new cinstrument cluster.
The trick is to slide em over the original guages. Dont remove the original ones.
Heres a pic. Bit crappy cos its off my fone, ill dig up the digi cam tomorrow and take a better pic.

Thay look AWESOME!!!!
