ebay, websites like us here

pay somwhere between 300-400 for a 99-early 01, and probably 350-450 for a late 01-02 as they are a different leather. better IMHO

honestly, just do a search. they come in dribs and drabs to places and they dont always have one. SSS automotive, just jap, places like that might have them

and to be honest im not sure the splines on a S15 wheel fit the S13 shaft
