Hey peepz...

anyone seen these new range of guages? they do look fairly cool...

alot of gimmics if you ask me, its about time they started making the guages like DEFI guages!!

but i have to agree remote control is fuggin cool, means you can hide that big ass ugly sender/reciever box!

They look quite alright, but i wonder what the price is?

and whether they are as good as defi's?

The remote control is awesome, but ricey.

Might find a shop with these and have a better look.

Cheers

Yeah they are a bit ricey but look at the capabilities!
data logger which u can view on your pc of your recorded run of EVERYTHING! ur boost, water temp, oil temp, rpm eveyrthing and a virtual display on ur laptop or computer and uses 270 mechanically controlled degrees of movement in each gauge, i reckon its really good, they've really created something different and in terms of accuracy its is very accurate since its all done by computer. Meaning the price would be the only thing stopping everyone from getting it

I dunno how accurate the new Autometers are, they've had probs wif the old range..
BUT how full sick is it to be able to change the colours of the dials anytime u want.. 7 colours bro!!!

Wat I find is good is that you can have to whole dial change to red at a preset warning point.. I reckon that this would be more alerting than the current range of guages that have a lil red flashin light

autometer is one of the leading brand names all the drag cars and pro racers use them.

autometer is right up their with HKS,Apexi,DEFI,

its just some of the jap ones are alot more fancy

i personally have never had a problem with autometer and i belive their new range NEXUS really gives DEFI a run for its money i belive they will cost the same as DEFI i found it on a american site that control unit, boost gauge and sd card would cost ya $700AU plus shipping

Time they made somthing that looks funky, they might have always been accurate but any guage on the market regardless of price would give autometer a run for it's money on looks up till now.
