i have snapped the rectangle plastic piece holding the gear boot on underneath the centre consol cover. does anyone have or know where i can get a replacement.

mabye look round for someone selling the body parts of a half cut, mabye some wreckers might have some. dunno were else, would be a hard part to find though

yeah ive been on the lookout for a couple of months now....
most auto trimming places have said it would be much easier to find this piece than to make one up, which i think is bullshit. they just couldnt be bothered i assume.
the front cuts that i have checked all have the gearboot and centre console removed.... thats not to say one wont pop up i guess.

there is a guy selling gearboots on the nissansilvia.com forum for 10 bucks each. his out of stock atm but if you look at ebay. there is this other person selling exactly the same thing for $25 bucks.

they are vinyl interior and comes in many diff colours.

I was in Just Jap buying something else and i asked them about replacing my gearboot because mine was all shabby.

They brought one out and gave it to me for nothing(including the plastic bit).
